1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the AltMemo platform, website, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Service Description

AltMemo provides sovereign organizational memory infrastructure for enterprise deployments. Services include software licensing, deployment support, and ongoing technical assistance as described in your applicable order or pilot agreement.

3. Licensing & Deployment

AltMemo is licensed for deployment within your designated infrastructure boundary. You are responsible for maintaining the security and availability of your deployment environment. Licenses are non-transferable and scoped to the organization named in the agreement.

4. Acceptable Use

• Use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent any part of the platform.
• Do not use the platform to store or process data that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.
• Maintain appropriate access controls and security measures for your deployment.

5. Intellectual Property

AltMemo retains all rights, title, and interest in the platform, including all software, documentation, and related materials. You retain ownership of all data and content you store within your AltMemo deployment.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AltMemo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases, and you must cease all use and destroy all copies of software in your possession. Data export and migration assistance may be provided under a separate agreement.
